Well-being and discretion
We place importance in the well-being of our clients, as well as discretion. Our rooms and salons have been furnished and decorated to create an ambiance with a comfortable, understated elegance.
Our main dining room is composed of round tables for 8, 10 or 12 guests and can accommodate up to 90 people.
Our salons are suitable for both meals and seminars, with available equipment including paperboard, rear projector, screen, slide projector, fax and telephone. Exceptional workplaces, they’re popular for a wide range of gourmet gatherings of all kinds, thanks to their flexible arrangements.
The Brillat Savarin
Located on the second floor, the Brillat Savarin salon is a favored location for business meetings with a gourmet flair. It can accommodate up to 30 guests, seated at three tables of 10 each.
For business events, up to 40 chairs are available for a lecture theater arrangement, with conference equipment including paperboard, rear projector, screen, slide projector, fax and telephone.
While popular for business functions, the Brillat Savarin is popular for a wide range of gourmet gatherings of all kinds, including breakfasts.
Providing similar services, the Juliette Récamier salon can accommodate 10 to 12 guests seated at round tables, while the François Rabelais is suitable for cozy, gourmet gatherings of two, four or six guests
This attractive meeting room is flooded with light, thanks to a Southern exposure that provides a 180° panoramic view of Place Kleber.
The modern, multi-use Poleymieux has a technology infrastructure that can interoperate with a wide range of digital devices.
